Specialist in contemporary fingerstyle guitar, Remi Cote is an emerging professional artist, composer, and arranger from Saguenay, Quebec. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Music at the University of Sherbrooke and holds a dual DEC in Music and Pure Sciences. During his studies, he had the opportunity to learn from Antoine Dufour—pioneer and virtuoso of acoustic fingerstyle guitar—who quickly became a mentor to him.
A promising voice in instrumental music, Remi explores the full potential of the acoustic guitar through his many original compositions and arrangements. Over the past few years, he has refined his contemporary fingerstyle approach, combining various advanced and distinctive techniques. His music is rooted in classical technique and enriched with elements of pop, folk, and jazz.

At 22 years old, he is an endorsed artist for Beauregard Guitars and the author of two solo albums. His many live performances have earned him the opportunity to open for acclaimed artists such as France D’Amour, Calum Graham, and Michael Manring.
